What we store about pupils
Only first name, surname initial, class and their loans and reviews. Library cards carry a random code, never a name.
What we store about staff
Email address, name, title and role, used to sign in and manage the library.
Where data lives
Each school's data is kept in its own database and separated from other schools.
AI features
Book guides are created from book details only. Pupil information is never sent to AI services.
Your rights
Schools can export or delete their data at any time. Contact your school administrator for requests about a pupil.
